Category 1: About Escape Rooms & Gameplay
Q: How long do the challenges typically last?
A: Most of our Escape Room Challenges have a time limit of 60 minutes. However, some of our advanced Mystery Games and outdoor adventures can last between 90 to 120 minutes, depending on narrative complexity. Specific duration details are always listed on the individual challenge’s booking page.
Q: Is it safe? What happens if we panic?
A: Safety is our top priority. Although you are ‘locked in’ for the narrative, emergency exits are always available and never physically secured. Furthermore, you are monitored by our Game Masters via camera, and you can request a hint or exit at any time using our internal communication system. If you feel anxious, you can stop without penalty.
Q: What is the ideal team size?
A: We recommend a team size of 4 to 6 people for the best experience. Teams that are too small (2-3 people) may struggle to solve the more complex, layered puzzles in time, while teams larger than 8 may find the room too crowded. The minimum and maximum limits for each room are listed in the challenge description.
Category 2: Booking, Cancellation, and Pricing
Q: Do we have to pay upfront when booking?
A: Yes, we require full payment upfront through our online booking platform to secure your time slot. We accept all major credit cards and several digital payment methods. This ensures your slot is guaranteed and allows our Game Masters to prepare for your team’s arrival precisely on time.
Q: What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior, subject to availability and without an extra fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will forfeit the payment. Please contact our support team if you have an urgent circumstance.
Q: Is the pricing per person or per room?
A: Our pricing is generally per person, and it varies depending on the challenge’s difficulty and length. Some of our more premium or exclusive challenges may have a minimum room base rate. You can view the total price calculation in real-time as you input your team size on the booking page. We also offer special corporate and large group discounts (10+ people).
Q: Are there any age or physical requirements?
A: Age Requirement: Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by at least one paying adult. A few of our more intense or horror-themed challenges have a strict minimum age limit of 18, which will be clearly indicated. Physical Requirements: Our challenges require basic mobility (walking, bending, reaching). While we strive for inclusivity, some rooms may not be fully wheelchair accessible; we advise contacting us ahead of time if your team requires special accommodations so we can place you in the most suitable adventure.
